Calling all colleagues :-)

I am trying to find some reimbursement information and some further information on the best way to setup a new center.

I have a group of physicians that want to form a CTA center. They either want to own it (which I know cannot be an IDTF according to PGBA) or just contract to work in it.

If it is setup as a place of service 11 -- what would the reimbursement be for - say - a CTA of the lower extremity (73706)? I know the PGBA J11 fee schedule shows $378.20 for non-facility - but that seems very low.

If it was setup as a place of service 49 - where could I find the facility and physician reimbursements for these procedures?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!
