I am struggling with one part of four procedures noted - CMC arthroplasty (256477 & 26480), ?? EPB to APL transfer ?? , Carpal Tunnel release (64721) and trigger thumb release(26055.)
I am very new and I can't be sure that a transfer of the abductor pollicis brevis and abductor pollicis longus really happened. Can anyone pull out the language that cofirms this part of the procedure? I was expecting to code 25310... but it looks like they just "developed a plane" between these and moved on - what is developing a plane? Does that really constitute transfer?
