My company just picked up a new reference laboratory that does urine drug testing in Pennsylvania. I was woindering if anyone had a complete list of codes (Medicare, commercial, etc.) or a many as possible for all possible billable codes for urine drug testing and their rules?

I suggest you start with your local Medicare and Blue Cross published medical policies. They will give you an overview of the codes and the rules for billing them.
Thanks Walker. I do have access to both of those. I'm a little confused on the proposed changes to Medicare. Do you know if/when they will swtich to G codes for the confirmatory billing? I know they proposed it in July.
