Wiki Redo thoracic laminectomy

I have a redo T4-T8 laminectomy with lysis of restrictive scar tissue. There is a redo code for cervical and one for lumbar, but not for thoracic. Why? How should I code this?? Also the removal of the scar tissue was quite extensive and was complicated by poor motor evoked potentials thoughout. So I am thinking about adding a modifier 22 to the procedure as soon as I can figure out which one I should use. Please help.

What was the original code used? Also, what was the extent of the redo? All 5 levels? Was it for decompression? 63046 and 63048 x4? I would also consider a modifier 22 making the sure that the OP note describes in good detail the extent of the adhesions as well as how much extra time the procedure took specifically for the lysis of scar tissue formation.
