Patient presents with Recurrent Transitional Cell CA bladder. He is taken to the Cysto Suite where 2 medium anterior wall bladder tumors, each measuring 3.0cm, were fulgurated via Cystoscope.

Would this be coded 188.3, V10.51 ; 52235?
