Good Morning coders!

I wanted to get the opinions of my fellow coders on which code to use for a recurrent clubfoot. I have been told to use eithr the acquired code 736.71 or the congential code 754.70 or 754.71 if warranted. Recurrence can happen at any time after initial treatment but it still originated as congenital. Which code do you think is best to use; acquired or congenital?
