How do I code/ look up recurrent mono? I have such a hard time with recurrent dx, can anyone explain,please?

Is it consider history of ?
 
If they are in and being treated for active mono and they have a history of it, I would just use the 075.

If it is being listed as a history of , I would go with V12.09.
