I need an ICD code for rectal urgency. I thought it would be fecal urgency but the doctor scratched off fecal urgency and wrote rectal. Does anyone have an ICD code for this?

Only other dx I could think of is 787.99. I mean fecal urgency 787.63 seems correct, but if the doctor doesn't want it I'd go with 787.99.
