Post -op dx: Sagittal band rupture of the right 3rd finger

Procedure performed: reconstruction of sagittal band with extensor tendon transfer.

A zigzag incision over the dorsum of the 3rd metacarpophalangeal joint was carried out. The extensor tendon had subluxed only, and it was elevated off the scar tissue. The radial sagittal band had been ruptured and incompetent. The extensor tendon was the removed from the 4th finger and it was reflected upon itself and sewn onto the stump of the sagittal band on the radial side of the capsule. Once this was accomplished, the extensor tendon realignment had been achieved. It was then reinforced with a loop over technique using 4-0 vicryl sutures.

DX: S56.413 A- Strain of extensor muscle, fascia and tendon of right middle finger at forearm level, initial encounter

CPT: 26480 -RT

are correct to assign for this case?

Thank you for advice.
