Having trouble finding Cpt for Reattachment Great toe, this was a complete amputation. Looking at code 20822, can this be used for digits of the foot or only hand?

This is an interesting question (never had to look it up before) so I started hunting and this is what I found:
When I entered 20822 in AAPC coder, it only listed finger modifiers as allowed, no toes. I found the ICD10-PCS code for reattachment of right 1st toe, which is
0YMP0ZZ. The crosswalk in AAPC coder to CPT gives 28899 unlisted procedure, foot or toes. Hope this helps!
