This patient required an extensive and difficult Ureteral dissection (Ureterolysis) and the creation of Perinephric Fat Flaps to Cover the Ureter. I do not know what code to use for the flaps. “Omental Flaps” have been used in the past (same principle), but diffrent flaps today ..

Any thoughts ??
I have never even seen Perinephric fat flaps before ..
