I appreciate any assistance you may be able to give me. I have had a lot of conflicting information when it comes to billing for open acromioplasty with debridement of glenoid.

My question is- Can I bill these 2 codes together 23130, 29822-59, and if I can, will you direct me to a document that tells me I can?

you need to bill it with a 51 modifier also (Ingenix surgery coding manual)
