My doctor just tried new procedure where he needed to drill 3 tunnels in the greater tuberosity with a tool called ArthroTunneler from Tornier. Then he used permanent sutures to tie the remainder of the supraspinatus tendon down using the tunnels. Has anyone seen this before? I'm figuring on using an unlisted code for this portion of the case...but have no idea what to "liken" the price to.
