I bill for radiologists that work out of a hospital. We bill only the professional component.
My question:
If the order was for a CT of the chest and a CTA of the chest was done, can we bill for the CTA and not the CT.

do you know why they decided to do a cta instead of ct? was it protocol? what is the reason?
