Wiki Radiology: "With contrast"

I am studying for my CPC and just need clarification on the definition of "with contrast" in the CPT Radiology section. Does this mean any code "with contrast" includes the "injection" and the "contrast material" . . . please advise. Any help appreciated!! Thanks again!!
