We have a situation where a injection was given into the hip by the radiologist while in our facility. What code would the facility bill for the fluoroscopic guidance since CPT 77002, fluoroscopic guidance, is an add on code for 2017? The radiologist is billing the 20610 and 77002/26. Thanks for any help on this.
