Wiki "Radiographic Guidance" Terminology

Note says "...under radiographic guidance. Both AP and lateral views were obtained. Following placement of the needle..."

What code would you use for this? Or does the doctor need to be more specific/accurate in her description of the guidance?

Doctor needs to say, Ultrasound, MR or CT guidance for you to know how to code the report.
