does anyone know if the injection of anesthetic agents is included in the destruction by neurolytic agent by radiofrequency procedure?
 
ahh nevermind, i see the very first love note under the heading says "included the injection of other therapeutic agents".

do the same rules apply to unlisted pulsed radiofrequency procedures?
