Wiki Radicular type symptoms

I'm wondering how others would code this..
Dictation states: low back pain with radicular-type symptoms into her right lower extremity most consistent with lumbar stenosis.

I am coding 724.2 for the low back pain, but would you also code 724.4 for the radicualar-type symptoms or wait until that is a definitive dx.

I would only bill the 724.2

It would be best not to bill the 724.4 until you do an EMG
