Patient is complaining of pain from interference screw from tibial tunnel which is protruding. Surgeon is going to do excision of the part of the screw that is protruding, and leave the rest. Would I use 20670 for the partial excision?

wouldn't billing 20670 depend on extent of surgery, and how deep surgeon had to go to take screw out? And 20680 with modifier for reduced service cannot be excluded.
