Wiki Quick Question! IOP recheck and billing

If a patient comes in to get their pressures rechecked, should I be billing for this visit? Every couple of months the doctor will want to recheck a patient with high eye pressure. So I guess i'm wondering if a patient comes in for just a recheck ( 1 day recheck, 1 week recheck, etc. ) Shouldn't I bill for that visit?

I would suggest that you can bill for the documented pressure checks at a low level E&M, making sure the basic criteria is met.
