Diagnosis: RSD Lower
Procedure: Transcatheter infusion of an MDA inhibitor and strong sedative.
Intravenous established with 22 gauge catheter then ketamine 65 mg were placed in a piggyback 100 cc container. BP, vital signs taken and patient was given 4 mg of Versed and slowly over 5 minutes, then the ketamine infusion was begun. She was held and observed closely for 45 minutes and then observed for another hour after that in recovery.
Would you use 99148 and 99150?
