Having a moment!! Do you submit a code for each mass excised in the same area and add all the sized together (like debridement and repair codes) or do you code each mass/tumor that was removed individually.
Md removed a soft tissue mass from the following areas
2 different from rt arm
1 from rt knee
2 from lt knee
1 from rt ankle
All had separate incisions!!
