Wiki Question on Cataract Surgery 66984

I'm hoping someone can help me with a simple question. Is a capsulorrhexis a normal part of a cataract procedure, 66984 ? Or should we code 66982 for a complex cataract extraction ???

It's a normal part of the cataract surgery, 66984.

I thought it was more of a complex cataract until I researched into it further.
