The expanded problem-focused and detailed exam levels require examining additional areas/systems in addition to the one(s) relevant to the CC. So If the report indicates that only a single body area/organ system was examined, doesn't that automatically rule out expanded problem-focused and detailed when determining the exam level, leaving you with either problem-focused or comprehensive?
