Wiki Question about Final exam from course vs "Practice" exams for CPB test

Did anyone take the prep course for CPB, and if so, did you think the Final Exam was indicative of what the Certification Exam seemed like? Or are Practice exams different from Final Exams. I feel like, for the price of an entire course, we should at least have some confidence that getting a 95 on the final means you have a pretty good chance of passing the certification exam, but since AAPC sells separate "practice exams", it makes me wonder.
