How should cpt code 29580 Unna Boot Strapping be billed if 2 units are performed for the patient? Is it 1 line item and 2 units with bilateral modifier 50?

You bill one unit with a 50 modifier. Make sure your diagnosis have a left and a right. I hope this helps.
