BC/BS denying claim for cpt code 88305 x 3units 3 different anatomical sites would adding modifier 59 help?

See if your LCD wants modifier 91 repeat clinical diagnostic laboratory test instead. Can't find the article, but seems that is the new normal some places.

use -59 - just like you posted

Use 59, that is standard where I work for multiple 88305. Otherwise the other place I work for it is very common to use the 76.
