Wiki Quantity Billing for cpt 88305

Good afternoon Fellow Coders,

I have a question regarding cpt 88305 billed x3 from three different sites Blue Cross Blue Shield denied as bundled/modifier required or quantity billable code any suggestions I was thinking see below. confused:

if they are all on same report, should not be a problem billing for 88305x3....what you put in message shoud work, but will probably get one denied as duplicate....should be easy appeal and payment though.
