We just found that we were accidentally billing the wrong CPT code for our adult influenza vaccines. There is not a price change with the correct CPT code.
Do we need to go back and do a corrected claim for all of the claims that we billed with the incorrect CPT code or can we just start using the correct CPT code moving forward?
The correct NDC number was sent with original claim.
