Wiki Q4010 denials

I have denials for billing Q4010 with 2 units for bilat fractures, the MUE is 2. I'm not sure how else this should be billed, I've never added laterality mods to Q codes before. Has anyone else had this issue before?

What payer is denying?

They probably want it on two lines with one unit each. Possibly one line, one unit, 50 mod but that is probably incorrect.
