Wiki PVR documentation

does anybody know what the documentation requirements are for the office note when a PVR test is done? We recently had one that had only the post void amount. There was no actual test result which also included the pre void amount.

we have always had a statement saying "PVR; ____ML" amount and have not had an issue. there is an LCD for the dx's...but as long as the documentation supports it you should be fine.
