We are a nephrology practice, looking into purchasing an ultrasound machine to do 76775 and 51798. Reason for testing Bladder with PVR.
We are also thinking of purchasing the professional fee, does anyone know how we would bill for global services.

We have a vein clinic where we do global procedures. We have a seperate fee schedule set up in our billing system for this location reflecting the global rates. Besides that we just simply report the codes with no modifiers which reflects a global exam was performed.
