Wiki Pump refill/trigger point injection

How would you bill a pain pump refill and a trigger point done on the same day. I know the codes, but not sure of the sequence. Would you code the pump refill codes including the compound drug and then the TPI and the drug? (This would be billed to Medicare) Thanks!
