We are replacing a pulse generator for a spinal stimulator. What CPT would you use?? We are looking to use 63685 or 63688. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Sorry this is a little late. 63685 is for the replacement of the generator. 63688 is for revision. I would definitely use 63685.
