We have a patient that had the 1yr teatment of PTNS (12 weekly and follow up for a year) After a year has passed with no treatment she is experiencing symptoms again and would like to begin treatment again. Does anyone know if you can begin a new round of PTNS treatments under the new LCD guidelines of 12 + two year follow up ???
