Our doctor did the following:

Lhc, coronary, this would be code 93458

renal angiography- bilateral, this would be code 36252 ?

Pta, renal, this would be code 75966 ?

Is this right or does somebody get something different, i have:
93458-26
36252
75966-26

pt has diagnosis:
443.9, 414.00, and v45.82

does this look correct? Thank you!

If only coronary angiography done then it would be 93454-26.

93458 includes LEDVP measurements; left ventriculogram (catheter crosses the aortic valve), so if you do not see those documented then you won't bill 93458.

Is there medical necessity for the renal angio and PTA? Can you post the report to make sure? I'm not sure unspecified PVD (443.9) will be enough for the Renals.

Anyway, 75966-26 is the S&I of the PTA; PTA code is 35471.
