Wiki Pt visit at provider home location

I need some help with the following scenario please: We have a behavioral health provider who is working from her home office and is currently seeing pt's by telehealth. Recently, a pt was in a crisis situation and after a virtual check in the pt was told to come to the provider's home office where the visit and care took place. How would I code this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

The work of the virtual check in would be included in the visit you would bill for the home office.
