APTA is a nationwide association for Physical Therapists and are heavily involved with CMS rules and regulations. They advocated better guidelines when CMS and AMA updated the PT initial evaluation codes last year.
They also have some free education materials:
APTA Learning Center - webinars and such, does require a free registration, and some courses are locked behind a paywall/subscription.
APTA New Evaluation Codes
WebPT is another association that works with Physical Therapists and have some good information too. You can find several good webinars on their page:

I'm not too familiar with OT coding/documentation, but the above should help some with PT.
