PT OT codes: 97110 and 97530. What differences in documentation should I be seeing when selecting a code? Do I look at the plan of care, number of outcomes addressed, or type of procedure / activities performed? I'm seeing similar documentation but the provider is selecting two different codes and not sure why. Thanks.
