I have been searching for answers everywhere and cannot come across anything.
The office I work for experienced a take back for a Home Health episode of care while the patient was receiving Physical Therapy. Is it viable to bill the Home Health Agency for the amount that was taken back? The patient was discharged from their Home Health therapist and was only seeing a nurse through the DOS that have been recouped.
