Wiki PT/INR Outside Lab Question

Our office ordered a patient to have a PT/INR done. The patient went to an outside lab to have the bloodwork done. The lab then sent the results to our office for our doctors to read and adjust medications, we are a CLIA approved lab. Can we still bill for either the 93793 or the 85610?

You will bill 93793 and if you are seeing the patient on the same day then you the you would not be able to bill as it is included the E/M Service
