I have very little knowledge of psych billing and coding and hoping someone can help. Our psychologist are wanting to start using 4 new questionnaires (PHQ9, SBQ-R, GAD-7 and SLUMS). My question with this is if there is a code for each of these questionnaires that I can use to bill or would they be included in the assessment of the patient?

Any guidance is appreciated!
