Wiki Psych Exam Review - What to bill?

Prior to neurostimulator implantation the patient is required to undergo a psych exam. What would you bill when the provider reviews the results of the exam? What ICD9 code would you use. Typically, I bill a 99212 with V70.2. Any suggestions?
