Wiki Prostate Screening turn Diagnostic??

Pt comes in for a Screening Prostate exam who has also had a history of E.D. I know with a Screening Prostate we should bill G0102 with dx V7644 but if we are needing to bill the ED 607.84 due to the Dr. changing the medication for this. How should this be billed for the pt to receive his screening benifits? Should the cpt be changed to 99397 with primary dx being V7644 then the 607.84? Should a modifier be used on this? Thanks so much for everyones input!!
