Wiki Prostate screening help please

Hi All,

Pt had a phone appt with the doctor to discuss doing a prostate screening. Dr did not do a digital screen, he just order a PSA for prostate screening. What Dx would I use for this phone visit?

For prostate screening use diagnostic code Z12.5.
