Our mission in starting Project AAPC is “Aiding People in Crisis”. While the vision was triggered because of the devastating earthquakes in Haiti and Chile, Project AAPC now feels an overwhelming need to focus our attention homeward and support those in need. Nashville will be the recipient of the Project AAPC donation.

As most of you know, our 18th Annual National AAPC Conference was to be held in Nashville on June 7. All were looking forward to experiencing the city while networking and learning with 2,000 of our closest coding friends. Our hearts go out to people of Nashville, and now our donations can as well.

100% of all proceeds raised through our local chapters between now and conference will be used for relief in Nashville as a donation presented to the American Red Cross.

We encourage all local chapters and members to participate in and support Project AAPC. Let's show Nashville and the rest of our country that we, the American Academy of Professional Coders, are a community that cares beyond the walls of our offices, throughout our country and the rest of the world.

Thank you in advance for your support of Project AAPC and Nashville!

This is a most wonderful plan, Jill. I was thinking about this all week and just really did not know for sure who to contact about it. Nashville is one of the
friendliest cities you would ever visit and the people are so real and kind.
Hat's off to the AAPC.
