When listing multiple procedures on a claim, is there a specific order we should list them? And if so, will this affect how we get paid?

Typically you'd list in RVU order, largest to smallest.

For reimbursement, it really depends on the payer and how sophisticated the claims processing system is. Some payers it could make a difference. For example, with multiple surgeries, if the payer has a multiple surgery reduction, it is a good idea to have the highest valued surgical procedure listed first to ensure that's the one you receive 100% reimbursement on, and then the additional surgeries reimbursed at the reduced rate.
