Can anyone advise on how to access the procedure to device edits as well as the device to procedure edits on CMS website for 2017? I've looked but cannot figure it out. Thanks.
 
How about any type of cheat sheet for commonly performed procedures and the associated HCPCS code for the device? This is what I was hoping to get from the procedure to device/device to procedure edits.

HCPCS 4Q 2012 did not provide any guidance to include all code in CPT code range 92020- 9294
