Can anyone help me with a procedure code for the following:

pt w/ papillary growth on gingiva that started to bleed while brushing what few teeth remain. would not stop. local inj of 1% xylo & epi done and bleeding controlled. ENT referal given for possible biopsy. on plavix & ASA.
